You fly the Blue Fleet medevac drone. Crashes pop up on the mile roads. Each patient is tagged with a START triage color and a countdown. Get there before it runs out.
Immediate Pick up the patient. Fly to the Level I Trauma Center only.
Delayed Pick up the patient. Either hospital works.
Minor Grab a med kit at Fleet Base and drop it on scene.
Tap or drag to steer (arrow keys or WASD work too). Hover over a spot to pick up or drop off. Fleet Base recharges your battery. Lose 3 patients and the shift ends.
