CONCORD AEROSPACE
"Designing Aerospace Hardware, Interfaces, and Custom Products from Concept to Production"
Concord Aerospace is a U.S.-based aerospace engineering, simulation, product development, and advanced manufacturing company. For more than 10 years, we have designed and manufactured high-fidelity aircraft and spacecraft simulator components, cockpit systems, training hardware, control panels, avionics, structural assemblies, prototypes, displays, and fully assembled products for commercial, professional, museum, entertainment, consumer, and private applications.
Our in-house capabilities include product and mechanical design, CNC machining, laser cutting and engraving, fiber laser marking, UV printing, 3D printing, mold development and casting, fiberglass and composite fabrication, painting and finishing, electronics design and integration, wiring, control systems, and final assembly. By combining design, engineering, prototyping, manufacturing, electronics, and assembly under one roof, Concord can take projects from an initial concept or CAD file through finished, production-ready hardware quickly and efficiently.
In the post-COVID era, Concord Aerospace expanded its focus on creating high-fidelity control panels, wall panels, and aerospace-themed products designed to bring the excitement, history, and inspiration of aviation and spaceflight to a much broader audience. Our work has also extended into major film and television productions, including projects for Netflix, HBO, and Disney, with our work on Netflix's Apollo 13: Survival contributing to an Emmy-nomination for our work on the production.
